  • Mark has previously held senior Quality & Customer Loyalty leadership roles driving outstanding Customer Experiences within complex, international networks and matrix management environments to support profitable growth.
  • Underpinning his most recent positions, Mark held successful management roles in Sales, Operations and Service over a 20 year period providing considerable practical experience now used when working with teams of all types at all business levels.
