By any objective measure, the amount of change occurring within organisations has grown significantly in recent decades and few signs exist that this is likely to decline in the near future. Securing this change can be time consuming, challenging and even traumatic for those involved. It is disappointing therefore that in undertaking change programmes, common errors continue to be made. These errors vary but typically include failing to establish the required sense of urgency, failure to build necessary sponsorship, weaknesses in the accompanying vision and difficulties removing road-blocks.
At Six Pillars Consulting, we offer support to our Customers either in the execution of existing change priorities or in relation to Operational Excellence Programmes where we have had a development input. We are also able to provide training to increase the ability of Leaders and Managers to be more successful Change Agents in their existing roles.
