Much has been written on the attributes of a successful Customer Loyalty Programme and no attempt will be made here to recreate such freely available content. From many years practical experience however we have been able to initially observe and subsequently encourage facets which are most commonly found to scaffold that success.
Over time, we have formalised the "6 Pillars" which describe these facets and developed a matching Maturity Model. From direct observation, the Maturity Model is completed with our Customers and used to facilitate discussions and generate improvement priorities. As described elsewhere, at Six PIllars Consulting, we are pleased to tune our subsequent support from high level oversight through to taking full responsibility for programme success over an extended period.
